Description:
The Máscara Quincy are a special kind of quincy that are born when a quincy is merged with a hollow. The quincy are still alive and can reason like a normal human, but have a mask that covers from 1/4 of the face to 1/2. The mask will cover the whole face if activated, making the user lose the ability to reason and become much more advanced with the quincy bow. They can shoot much quicker and move at amazing speeds. When in human form, they have a hole directly over their heart and their skin and eyes are completely pale. The hollow form grants high power, however, it is unstable and cannot be held for more than 15 posts without reverting. These Máscara Quincy made themselves known when the Hougyouku was destroyed, ultimately making strange hollow that can enter the human inner realm. These hollow were ultimately destroyed, leaving only the Máscara Quincy. Their bows are completely red and make the surrounding area red as if blood was dumped on it, however, when the bow is gone, the red does also.
Rules:
The mask must be obtained in the same way as becoming a Gillian hollow, however, the battle must be held in the person's inner world. The winner must kill the hollow and it will merge with the person, giving it's mask in return for the persons heart. If the mask is destroyed, so is the user because it acts as the heart. The Hollow form is the same as reaching Shikai, at the same spiritual levels.

Description: This ability is how hollows move between the different dimensions. It tears open a hole between two dimension, allowing them to leave rather freely. They are also able to use this ability to hide between dimensions, the place where hollows on the hunt usually stay to avoid detection by shinigami

If you don't like me posting here, I apoligize, send me a pm and I'll delete it =). Anyways I wanted to say two things, first, I think garganta is supposed to be a hollow-only ability, since even vaizards dont have it. Also, Quincy are spiritual beings with a physical body, where as Hollows are simply spiritual beings with spiritual bodies. So.. I'm kinda of unsure how this mix would happen, since quincy energy and natural plus energy is identical, and hollow energy always corrupts plus energy. Wouldn't the hollow reiatsu just devour away the quincy part and you'd end up with a full hollow? Also would the mask part of his body be invisible to most normal people, since you have to be spiritually aware to see hollows? And if the bow is red, then it is compromised of hollow reiatsu right? meaning it doesn't absorb from the spirit particles of the world around it, thus making the quincy final form not applicant to any increase in power?
