Koizumi is a loyal person, often helping out Gouken in times of need. They both became quincy at the same time, giving them equal experience in being a quincy. They often train together, trying to figure out why they became quincy. They try and protect eachother and always look out for eachother when needed.

Koizumis Innerworld is the opposite of Goukens. While Gouken has a desolate destroyed city, Koizumi has a flourishing perfect city. They seem to be linked in some way, but it is unknown how at this point. Koizumis city is the exact same city as Goukens, but set in the distant future, maybe thousands of years after Goukens, but the same basic layout exists.

Background:
Koizumi has grown up with Gouken as far as he can remember, them being by eachothers side even at personal fights. They've been beaten up together, they've won fights together. To regular people, they look like brothers, but to eachother, they're best freinds. They became quincy at the same time, bringing an odd thirst for knowledge about themselves to eachother. They both trained equally, but Koizumi stopped for school reasons while Gouken continued to train. Koizumi is basically Goukens eyes and Gouken is the fist.

then who is gouken? Obviously a character of yours but you should try to explain on both of them.

Amegaki, Gouken is Gouken.

Koizumi Itsuki is Koizumi. He's in every post where Gouken is at school. Check it.
