Woah, hold on there lol, I was just about to get to this.
1.Arctic Snowstorm has the ability to 'effectively freeze' anyone who is within a mile of Yuki, by freeze do you literally mean cover them in ice and die etc.?
2.Cool breeze, aeon of ice and freezing beam all have the same problem: Instantly creating very strong ice within X amount of distance from Yuki and with Aeon of ice making 'practically inpenetrable' ice. My problem with that is probably obvious but it basically means that you can instantly cover anyone you're fighting in ice that they can't break free from?

If that were the case, I would have put it. But have you ever tried walking around in a temperature below water freezing point without any warm clothes on? How do you think you would feel if you did?
And yeah, okay. But the distance is tiny when looking at Bleach and it's not like anyone is forcing you to stay in the same place and get frozen solid. It doesn't create ice instantly either, it BEGINS to create in instantly.
And I honestly don't want to hear this from the guy who was trying to a zanpakuto like yours
