Even if the spells aren't accepted, the general Runology is, so can Luna be accepted with that?

I'm going to say that if you don't get the ice and fire runes approved then i'll move this back to apps for redoing but until then since you have been waiting forever and runology is approved APPROVED
You can't use runology till you get it approved though
