Type of Topic: Common or Special. Common topics are all RP topics except global or mini events. Special topics are Special Training topics, meaning those with Shikai Training, Bankai Training, Doll Training etc. This should be specified because they are graded differently. Note that mini events are graded by the moderators holding them, and global events are graded by admins
