The Staff of Bleach Role play Center (henceforth BRC) is made up of several kinds of moderators.
Application Moderators moderators only have power in character applications. Their responsibility is to take care of all applications, template changes etc.
RPG Moderators are staff members who answer for the role play part of the forum in general. This includes applications, events, character plots, moderator requests and RP areas. Their responsibility is, primarily, to watch that the RP rules are followed, organize mini-events, grade role play topics, help people by controlling NPCs for their topics and checking applications.
Global Moderators watch the whole forum, both OOC and RP sections. Their responsibilities include everything RPG moderators do and watching the OOC sections of the forum for spam or rule violations.
The last staff group is Administrators. They have the same duties as global mods (watching the forum), but their responsibility is much higher. Do not ask to be an admin or for other people to be admins. They will be nominated by the Owner, Head Admin and/or other Admins out of exemplary Global or RPG mods.
However, when you just become a moderator, no matter what position you aim for, you will be a trainee. Trainees have the same powers and responsibilities as Application Moderators, but lower authority.
The staff hierarchy is different when it comes to role play and general matters. The "authority ladders" are as follows:
OOC:
- Owner
- Head Admin
- Co-Admins
- Global Moderators
- RPG Moderators/Application Moderators
- Trainee Moderators
RP and Applications:
- Owner/Head Admin
- Co-Admins
- Global Moderators/RPG Moderators/Application Moderators
- Trainee Moderators

To properly apply for a staff position, you must post a new topic in this forum, with the following template filled out:
Moderator Position: You can apply to be an application mod, RPG mod or global mod
Previous Experience as Forum Staff: What kind of work have you done as a forum moderator/admin in the past?
Member Referrals: Get other people to post in your staff application topic saying they recommend you for this position, then you can add them to this list
Staff Referrals: Get other staff members to post in your staff application topic saying they recommend you for this position, then you can add them to this list

Note that they must recommend you before you add them to the list. Otherwise the referral will be invalidated and count against you
